About Stoïk Founded in 2021, Stoïk is Europe’s leading insurtech dedicated to cyber risk, with the ambition of becoming the CISO of Europe. The company was created to address a structural gap: while cyber threats have become one of the biggest risks for businesses, most existing solutions remain fragmented, overly technical, or designed only for large enterprises. The company has built a 360° cyber risk protection model that integrates cyber insurance, continuous risk prevention, detection, and in-house incident response teams, increasingly powered by proprietary AI technologies. This approach allows Stoïk to support companies before, during, and after a cyberattack, helping them maintain operations, reduce financial losses, and recover faster. Today, Stoïk protects more than 12,000 companies across Europe, works with over 2,000 broker partners, and operates in six European countries including France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Austria, and Luxembourg, supported by a fast-growing international team of specialists. About the role As Account Executive DACH you’ll be responsible for selling our cybersecurity solutions to the German & Austrian companies who already have subscribed to Stoïk’s cyber insurance policy (policy holders), managing the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing. You will join a fast growing team of 4 AEs, and work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders internally (International AEs, CSM, Brokers, CERT Engineers, Risk Consultants …). You will report to Amelie Thaler (Head of Cyber Sales DACH) Based in our Paris HQ, this position follows a hybrid work model. Key responsibilities As an Account Executive, you will be directly contributing to the growth of Stoïk’s cybersecurity offers, one of the two pillars on which we are building our ambition of becoming the CISO of Europe. Your missions will include : Generating your own pipeline, through direct outreach to our policy holders or with the help of internal stakeholders (CSM, CERT engineers, broker managers…) Handling the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing Managing your deals to consistently reach or over-achieve your monthly quota Working hand-in-hand with the insurance distribution team (Brokers and Brokers Managers) to ensure maximum synergy between cyber insurance and our cybersecurity offers What can Stoïk bring to you? Requirements German as your “first language” as you’ll be selling to German speaking clients fluent in English Previous successful experience in Sales, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS environment Strong persuasion, listening and interpersonal skills Growth mindset, always aiming for personal development and collective success Experience in Insurtech or Cybersecurity is a plus Hiring Process Screening Call with Lisa Walter, Talent Acquisition (20 min) Interview with Amelie, Head of CyberSales DACH (45 min) Sales Mock-up Call with Amelie and another team member (CERT Engineer or Sales). On-site interviews in our Paris offices: 2x30-minute meetings with Jules (CEO), Simon & Nicolas (VP Product & CTO) Reference calls x2
