Sales and Marketing Leader
We are seeking a visionary Sales and Marketing leader to drive business growth across Central and East Europe.
About the Role
* Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence in live entertainment, touring, rental, broadcast, and event production markets.
* Lead a team to drive regional business development and ensure alignment with our global strategy.
* Manage product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
* Represent us at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
Key Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the ProAudio industry.
* Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially for live sound and touring applications.
* A university degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification.
* Leadership qualities in international teams and ability to motivate and inspire people.
* Strategic thinking with hands-on mentality.
* Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge cultures.
* Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM system) and SAP S4/HANA (ERP system).
