Your tasks:
* Purchasing materials, components, and technical services
* Obtaining, qualifying, and evaluating quotes, including reviewing technical specifications
* Maintaining and updating item, supplier, and order data in the ERP system
* Conducting price and contract negotiations with international suppliers
* Close collaboration with internal departments such as customer service, logistics, and accounting
* Tracking deadlines, processing invoices, and serving as the point of contact for internal interfaces
* Communicating with our suppliers by phone and email
Your profile:
* Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
* Experience in purchasing administration, ideally in the technical or retail sector
* Proficient in Microsoft 365
* Sound SAP knowledge is desirable
* Strong organizational skills, meticulous work ethic, and a good understanding of numbers
* Fluent in German and English
* Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and team orientation
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
