As our HR Generalist, you’ll be the first point of contact for everything related to hiring and onboarding. You will manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end — from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates, to conducting interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle: job descriptions, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding Develop hiring strategies and maintain employer branding Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Coordinate interviews and feedback loops efficiently Prepare and deliver employment offers in collaboration with leadership Support new hires throughout the onboarding process Help shape internal HR processes as we scale Requirements 1-2 years experience in recruiting, preferably in tech or gaming Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Fluent in German and English Onsite position Benefits The opportunity to actively shape the future of our startup by building processes that make a lasting impact.
