Client Relationship Manager Location: Frankfurt Salary: Negotiable Hybrid Working The role of Client Relationship Manager, Loans Agency GLAS is an international provider of institutional debt administration services, serving lenders, borrowers, issuers, and advisers offering a global platform across Loan Agency and related services, Capital Markets and Restructuring. The company is headquartered in London with offices in Paris, Frankfurt, Madrid, New York, New Jersey, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, Milan and Role. GLAS is seeking a commercially driven Client Relationship Manager to join our Frankfurt office. This is a high-impact role focused on managing and growing relationships with key clients, protecting existing revenue, and identifying new opportunities across the portfolio. You’ll work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Transaction Management, playing a key role in delivering exceptional client service and strengthening GLAS’s presence across the European market. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Own and manage relationships with corporates, credit funds, sponsors, and debt advisors Build trusted, long-term partnerships across all deal stakeholders Develop detailed client “ecosystems” to understand structure, strategy, and decision-makers Lead client meetings, service reviews, and borrower engagement initiatives Capture and act on feedback to continuously enhance service delivery Commercial Focus Identify and drive revenue opportunities within existing client relationships Prepare fee proposals in collaboration with Business Development Support strategic account planning and execution Partner with Marketing to develop impactful pitch materials Represent GLAS at industry events and conferences Data & Insights Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data (Insightly) Capture key deal participant information across transactions Produce timely call reports and client updates Deliver regular reporting on client activity and performance Monitor pipelines, deal milestones, and relationship metrics Operational Delivery Support borrower onboarding post-deal close (calls, visits, introductions) Ensure compliance requirements (KYC/C6) are completed Manage internal approvals for non-standard services Take ownership of client issues and drive resolution What You’ll Deliver High-quality, accurate CRM data and reporting Strong client engagement and relationship development Clear account plans and relationship mapping Consistent tracking of revenue and pipeline opportunities Professional and timely client communication About You Experience in client relationship management within financial services (loan agency or debt markets preferred) Strong commercial mindset with a track record of identifying growth opportunities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working cross-functionally and engaging senior stakeholders Fluent in both German and English (essential) Willing to travel across Europe Benefits Salary bonus Hybrid working Long service award Career development and study support Good holiday entitlement It’s our people who make GLAS successful and we strive to recruit and retain the best people and operate in an environment underpinned by inclusivity, diversity, and opportunity.
