Compliance Manager EU
Location: Frankfurt
One of the fastest growing FinTechs in the Global market who are currently undergoing international expansion is seeking a Compliance Manager to join a dynamic compliance team supporting the development and execution of regulatory compliance strategies. This role plays a key part in fostering a strong compliance culture and ensuring alignment with evolving legal frameworks across the EU.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and update compliance policies, manuals, and procedures.
* Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the business.
* Oversee compliance with prudential regulations and outsourcing policies.
* Deliver training and raise awareness of compliance obligations across the organisation.
* Prepare regular reports for executive and supervisory boards.
* Continuously build compliance expertise through professional development.
Your Profile:
* Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
* 3–5 years’ experience in compliance, risk management, audit, consultancy, or financial supervision.
* Strong knowledge of German and EU regulations (e.g., MaComp, MaRisk, MiFID, MAR).
* Advanced data analysis skills (pivot tables, databases, statistical methods).
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and resilience under pressure.
* Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
