Job Overview
The Client Account Management Agent plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership and lead on each client's needs/requests
* Prepare and participate in clients' meetings and internal meetings
* Ensure high level of quality relationship internally and with clients
* Actively participate to the improvement of the service delivery
* Escalate matters in a timely manner to Management
* Lead the TA aspects for any client projects
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience in the financial sector and possess fluently English and German language skills, but can communicate in other languages such as French, Italian or Spanish.
