The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to internal clients, providing guidance on talent management and employee relations.
* Collaborate with department managers to enhance employee engagement and development
* Conduct thorough interviews to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
* Create comprehensive succession plans to ensure business continuity
* Resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
* Assess training needs and develop tailored plans to enhance employee skills
* Apply HR best practices and regulations to drive business results
* Participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of HR policies and procedures
* At least 5 years of experience in an HR function or recruitment/career management role
* Fluency in English, French, German, and Luxembourgish languages
* Knowledge of public sector and Luxembourg labor code is an asset
* Proficiency in HR software and office tools
