Your tasks
* You supervise and operate the day-to-day activities of our HR information systems and ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
* You supervise and operate user incidents, change requests in relation to HRIS systems and their interface with third party systems
* You support HR units in the digitalization of their processes
* You supervise and maintain the user permission in HRIS systems
* You carry out a technological watch in the field of HRIS
* You work with both internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and drive the planning, development, testing and implementation of the system
* You perform system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support
* You follow up on all projects within the HR department
* You collaborate with HR units to ensure internal processes (PMC2, procurement, …)
Your profile
* You hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources or a related field
* You have minimum 2 years of experience in the field
* You are a team-player but also capable of working independently
* You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of confidentiality
* You are proficient with IT tools and systems
* You are fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German and English
