Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist with at least 8 years of experience supporting Microsoft systems (Windows 10/11).Responsibilities include:Supporting System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune administration, including collection and query creation, application and package deployment, content distribution, troubleshooting, and custom report generation.Managing software updates via SCCM and Intune to ensure Windows workstations and servers are properly patched.Expertise in device enrollment policies, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and conditional access in SCCM and Intune.Implementing BitLocker encryption through Intune.Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network fundamentals.Knowledge of Active Directory, patch management, DHCP, and DNS.Hands-on experience with ITSM/ServiceNow.Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell.Excellent communication skills in German and English (B1 level).Client handling and service management experience.Additional Skills and Knowledge:Awareness of latest technologies and trends.Knowledge of agile methodologies.Ability to identify and implement industry best practices.Role Activities:Handling incidents and resolving them within SLA.Acting as SME in troubleshooting Intune, SCCM, and Windows client patch deployment.Participating in 24x7 global operations.Involvement in problem management sessions.Contributing to OS and Windows client patching changes.Coordinating with teams for incident resolution and project implementation.Participating in daily and weekly team calls.Monitoring incident and change statuses.Testing and UAT for new OS releases with customers.Collaborating with shift leads to optimize operations.Coordinating with vendors and contractors for system upgrades, fixes, and installations.Implementing service improvements and transformation initiatives.Automating tasks using PowerShell scripts.Monitoring SCCM environments across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions.Reading and understanding SCCM logs to troubleshoot issues.About InfosysInfosys is a global leader in digital services and consulting, supporting clients across 56 countries.
