As Head of Sales, Americas, you will own ACCURE’s largest and most strategic region. You will inherit existing customers, an active pipeline, and a small, capable sales team and you will be accountable for taking the region to the next level.Use your network to open doors and shorten complex sales cycles.
Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team with clear goals and accountability. Shape regional sales strategy: Define and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global priorities. Act as a global leader: Report directly to the Global Sales Director and work closely with the executive team. 10+ years in enterprise or complex B2B sales, including senior leadership responsibility. Commercially sharp and data-driven: Strong grasp of complex buying processes and long sales cycles. Confident in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance discipline.
Business-fluent English (native or near-native).
Global collaboration: Close partnership with the Global Sales Director and executive team.
