Join to apply for the Program Manager role at Tyto Athene, LLC Tyto Athene is searching for a Program Manager (PM) to lead a multiregional, $100M contract performing IT Support and Service (ITSS) requirements for approximately 52 schools throughout DoDEA Europe and Pacific administrative and communities. The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and execution of the DoDEA contract. The PM ensures contract compliance, coordinates day-to-day operations, oversees personnel and vehicle readiness, and maintains constant communication with the Government COR to ensure the end‑user computing support, ensuring a qualified staff performs IT Service desk, deploys end‑user computers and software, installs/configures hardware peripherals, manages end‑user Active Directory accounts, images computer, performs patch management, supports student assessment testing, provides surge support, supports O365 business collaboration suite, and supports Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephony. Responsibilities Ensure strict compliance with all DoDEA contract requirements and PWS specifications. Submit and maintain accurate reports and documentation, including personnel rosters, vehicle lists, incident reports, and training memoranda. Manage the peer and approval review process for all program documentation, both Tyto internal and program deliverables (CDRLs). Manage all personnel, supervision and services necessary to perform all information technology tasks and functions identified in the PWS in accordance with DoDEA published documentation (customer advisory notices, facility advisory notices and information assurance vulnerability management notices). Lead all technical support services to meet the DoDEA requirements and comply with Service Level Agreements outlined in the PWS. Ensure readiness and organize surge support at any point during the contract period of performance for DoDEA IT projects and events to meet timelines and/or school readiness. Provide inputs to the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Support and participate in all required client facing meetings. Travel in and around the primary place of performance may be required throughout the period of performance. Required Knowledge of/familiarity with DoD Government contracting activities. Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale IT Service and Support contracts. Create and maintain standard operating procedures on the DoDEA provided SharePoint site to support consistency and quality of operation across DoDEA. Maintain a contract roster indicating incoming and outgoing personnel. Proficient in Office 365 Business Collaboration Suite. Ensure 100% Information Assurance Vulnerability Management compliance in accordance with DoD regulations and requirements published by DoD Cyber command. Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT-II). Must pass criminal background checks, installation records checks, and maintain base access eligibility.
