MXP is both a Content Management System and a Dashboard Builder. It supports multiple projects to structure and author their data and allow for easy reporting.

Who are you?
When looking for new MXP Builders, we search for colleagues with the following profile:
Knowledge Areas:
* Content Modeling
* Experience with Data Models in a Content Management System or Database
* (not Excel)
* Knowledge regarding Entity Relationship Diagrams
* Low Code / No-Code Applications
* Experience with any kind of Low Code / No Code application which follows the “What You See Is What You Get”/WYSIWYG Approach
* (e.g. a Website Builder)
* Basic Experience in any Coding Language is a plus
* Analytical Dashboards
* Experience with visualization options for datasets in different formats (Charts,...)
* Conceptional Knowledge about Data Handling (Aggregations, Calculations,…)
* Development Focus (optional)
* Certain projects require SQL Data Handling and/or direct API interaction via custom scripts. Ability to fulfill such tasks is a nice-to-have.
Ideally, our Builders also – in part – dive into the topic of Project Management for the requesting use cases / projects. Therefore, they should be able to
* Plan efforts and provide reliable effort estimation
* Give proactive updates on progress
Work Experience:
* Experience working within SAP resulting in familiarity with SAP internal Tools, Processes and SAP (Marketing) Data is a plus
