Position: B2B Sales Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55–$80/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
* Develop long-horizon selling tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
* Build scenarios in Top-of-funnel, Deal execution, and Forecasting using structured criteria and checkable answers.
* Create ICP lists, account research briefs, proposals, and SOWs with precise sections and pricing.
* Implement MEDDIC/MEDDPICC fills and forecast categorization aligned with defined rules.
* Work independently on challenging scenarios requiring long focus sessions.
Qualifications
Must-Have
* 3+ years in B2B sales, SDR/BDR leadership, or customer success (mid-market or enterprise).
* Expertise in sales frameworks like MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
* Proficient in CRM operations with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
* Experience with outbound motion using Outreach or Salesloft.
* Skilled in producing sales artifacts: call plans, proposals, SOW redlines, QBR decks, forecast narratives.
* Clear written communication with the ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
Compensation & Legal
