What you’ll do Within the Group Finance function, you will be responsible for the operational execution of Group Accounting and consolidation. You ensure the accurate, complete and timely preparation of consolidated financial data under IFRS and act as a key contributor to the Group close process. Coordinate and prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual Group consolidation process under IFRS Own the technical execution of complex accounting calculations (e.g. impairment/valuation models, purchase price allocations, lease accounting, deferred taxes) Ensure data integrity, intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries across all Group entities Drive process efficiency, documentation and automation Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure consistent application of Group accounting requirements What you’ll bring University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration 7–10 years of relevant experience in Group Accounting or Big4 group audit Strong hands-on consolidation expertise and solid IFRS knowledge Experience with consolidation systems (e.g. OneStream) and ERP environments Highly structured working style, strong attention to detail and operational ownership mindset Fluent in German and English A culture of growth With over 50 nationalities represented, we’re proud to welcome people of all backgrounds to our growing community, and we’re always finding new ways to help people feel welcomed and included.
