Replacing current Int. Market Development Coordinator on maternity leave:
Your role will be to implement international SEO and SEA strategies according to your market, Austria (AT) and Switzerland (DS, German-speaking part). In your missions, you will report to your International Market Development Lead Manager and will work in close collaboration with both your SEO and SEA Managers.
THE MISSIONS
Implement global SEO strategies aligned with the company’s overall growth objectives
Lead and coordinate a team of content writers, ensuring high-quality and timely blog production, alignment with editorial standards, and publishing schedules
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword targeting, budget allocation, and A/B testing
Coordinate and manage job board advertising, tracking performance and keeping a functional collaboration with our partners
Prepare regular performance reports and actively participate in internal and cross-functional meetings
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement
YOUR PROFILE
You are fluent in German and English (B2 level or higher); basic French knowledge is a bonus
You bring 2+ years of hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and digital marketing tools like Ahrefs, Sistrix, WordPress, Google Ads, Looker Studio and more
You’re comfortable working with data and insights, especially using tools from the Office 365 suite
You think in solutions, not problems – your critical thinking and problem-solving skills help you move fast and smart
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
A Master’s (MBA or MSc) is a nice-to-have, but your mindset and experience matter more
