Stellenbeschreibung
1. Ensure operational availability and development of the CAD and PDM applications in a global environment
2. Gather requirements from business, analyze and define solutions
3. Ensuring first and second level support (international) with a small team
4. Coordinate the 3rd level support with the HZI-partners
5. Create user and administrator documentations
6. Responsible to organize and train users in CAD/PDM applications.
7. Being part in the "Application Ownership Team"
8. Reports to Manager Business Applications
Qualifikationen
9. Experience with CAD applications (nice Autodesk Tools)
10. Background in construction or industrial engineering advantageous
11. Didactic skills (training + support of internal customers)
12. Customer and service oriented
13. Independent and structured way of working
14. Team player with good communication skills at various levels
15. Languages:English Level C1 (spoken + written)German Level B2 (spoken + written) (nice to have)
