 
        Senior HRIS Manager – SAP SuccessFactors Location: Hybrid – Germany (occasional on-site presence) We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior HRIS Manager – SAP SuccessFactors to join our organization. In this key role, you’ll drive the optimization of global HR processes, ensure robust system governance, and lead continuous improvement efforts across our SAP SuccessFactors platform, with a particular emphasis on Employee Central. You’ll serve as the main link between international units, Country HR leaders, and IT teams, ensuring that HR processes are globally aligned, standardized, and continuously refined to support overall business goals. Main Responsibilities Act as the HRIS owner for HR processes, primarily focused on Employee Central within SAP SuccessFactors. Design, manage, and oversee initiatives for global HR process alignment and standardization. Integrate best practices into daily HR operations and system configurations while balancing global alignment with local requirements. Lead and coordinate project management activities related to HR systems and technology rollouts. Oversee change and release management for SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central. Track system efficiency, data accuracy, and user engagement, developing improvement plans where necessary. Champion continuous improvement and LEAN methodologies across all HR system initiatives. Your Background Ideally have around 10 years of professional experience in HR with at least 5 years HRIS such as Workday, Oracle or best SuccessFactors. Strong understanding of global HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks. Skilled in managing complex, cross-regional HR projects within matrix organizations. Demonstrated project management capabilities and a proactive approach to driving HR technology transformation. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing abilities in English; German language skills are advantageous.
