Participants will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, which include resource allocation, risk assessment, and effective stakeholder communication. Continuous improvement of processes will be a significant focus throughout the program.<br><br>The final rotation is particularly noteworthy as they will take on a people manager role. This experience is aimed at equipping participants with hands-on leadership skills while they work towards achieving significant objectives and guiding team initiatives.
