We are a family-owned company committed to environmental sustainability, societal contribution, and building trust. We are seeking a Quality Resident Team Leader (m/f/d) for our plant in Rastatt.
You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of Yazaki products and services through the implementation of Quality Management Systems, adhering to internal and external quality standards, conducting quality controls, inspections, and implementing corrective measures, as well as coordinating quality issues within the organization.

What you’ll be doing:
* Communicate with customers to address and monitor supplier and customer concerns, and coordinate with Yazaki production plants to obtain and follow up on required data.
* Create, issue, coordinate, and track the 8D corrective action process.
* Coordinate with various QRE sites (Rastatt/Germany, Valmet/Finland, KEC/Hungary) and plant visits to verify the effectiveness of countermeasures.
* Manage rework activities and review personnel requirements at the customer plant.
* Support and guide the quality engineer at the customer's assembly plant.
* Assist in maintaining quality functions and actively participate in project and design activities.
* Ensure compliance with quality systems such as ISO/TS16949.
What you’ll bring with you:
* A university degree, preferably with a technical background or equivalent.
* 2-3 years of team management experience.
* Over 3 years of experience in the automotive industry within an international company.
* Experience with problem-solving tools such as FMEA, control plans, BOS, 8D, and APQP.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and escalation skills.
* Fluent in German; good written and spoken English skills.
* Ambitious, flexible, reliable, and resilient under stress.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Independent, proactive, and well-structured working style.
