* Shape the future growth of the iconic Activia brand within the fast-growing and highly relevant gut health segment
* Support innovation and renovation projects while independently driving defined cross-functional sub-projects
* Help identify and assess future growth opportunities to strengthen the 3-year Activia pipeline
* Contribute to the development and execution of integrated communication activities, including leading the Always-On content strategy on Activia's Instagram account, in close collaboration with creative agencies and media partners
* Deliver independent market, consumer, and competitive analyses using FMCG tools (e.g. Nielsen, YouGov) to support insight-driven decisions
* Own Activias budget management
Über Dich
* Successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable field with a focus on marketing
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience in FMCG brand management, ideally with exposure to innovation launches
* Strong passion for brands combined with a deep understanding of consumers
* High level of ownership, self-motivation, and strategic thinking, paired with a business-oriented mindset
* Hands-on mentality with an agile, solution-focused approach in day-to-day execution
* Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
* Very good written and spoken English; German skills are a plus
Start is 1st March in Frankfurt, Munich or Nuremberg.
