Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Strategic Initiatives– CEO Office (all genders) to join the CEO’s Office at Delivery Hero—supporting our brands foodora, foodpanda, and Yemeksepeti.
In this high-impact role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to the CEO, driving clarity, alignment, and execution across our most critical initiatives. From shaping global priorities and leading cross-functional projects to owning executive governance and special strategic efforts, you’ll help steer the organization at the highest level.

In this role you will,
1. Lead and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders, from concept to execution
2. Provide analytical support and insights to guide decision-making on key business questions
3. Align global, regional, and local priorities by support defining and refreshing company strategy and aligning strategy across central, regional and local entities
4. Run governance for C-level and OKR meetings, ensuring strong follow-up and accountability
5. Support strategic projects from global initiatives to C-level offsite planning
6. Design and maintain business planning processes, including OKRs, roadmaps, and reporting dashboards
7. Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, helping move the business forward with clarity and focus
Qualifications
8. Minimum 5 years (not counting internships) of work experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance/transaction advisory
9. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
10. Sharp strategic thinking and structured problem-solving—comfortable navigating ambiguity
11. High business acumen, with the ability to synthesize data and insights into clear recommendations
12. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills—especially with senior leadership
13. Experience building governance structures, leading planning cycles, and driving accountability
14. Strong written and verbal communication, with a knack for translating complexity into clarity
