We develop innovative software solutions for critical infrastructures - and place the highest value on security, stability and user-friendliness. For one of our strategically most important new products, we are looking for you as an experienced Senior UI/UX Design Lead (m/f/d) to work with our development teams to create an intuitive, accessible and inspiring user experience.
Your mission
* You are responsible for the user-centred design of our guidance system of the future - from the initial idea to the final implementation
* You will develop a deep understanding of our target groups, their tasks, challenges and usage contexts.
* You will develop clickable prototypes and work closely with front-end and back-end development on the implementation.
* In coordination with our marketing department, you will create clear implementation guidelines for our corporate design for the guidance system applications.
* When designing the user interface, you will pay particular attention to compliance with applicable standards and best practices for professional software applications in the energy sector.
Qualifications that inspire us
* You have sound experience in the field of UI/UX design - ideally in the energy industry.
* Deep understanding of human-centred design, usability heuristics, user research and common UX methods.
* Ideally, you already have experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Axure), user testing and design systems as well as experience with agile methods such as Scrum.
* You have strong communication skills, are a coach and team player and are a role model with your hands-on mentality.
* You enjoy working in German and English-speaking international teams.
