Agentic AI Engineer (m/f/d)

What you can expect:
* You will be responsible for designing, building and deploying AI agents with our platform, working with large language models such as GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Gemini and specialized models
* You develop end-user friendly Agentic AI applications for our employees, readers and advertisers
* You evaluate and use the latest libraries and orchestration tools for machine learning and agentic AI
* You apply prompt engineering techniques such as Few-shot Prompting, In-context Learning and Self-Consistency
* You extend our Agentic AI workflows by integrating and using in-house trained Large Language Models (LLMs) to provide even complex AI functions efficiently, reliably and comprehensibly
* You will work closely with our data scientists, ML experts and prompt engineers in our AI team to develop and implement innovative solutions

What you bring with you:
* You have a degree in IT or data-related subjects, e.g. computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics or a comparable qualification
* You have in-depth programming skills in Python or Java and already have some experience with applications such as LangSmith or crewAI
* Your solid software engineering skills and experience with Kafka and graph databases round off your profile
* You have practical experience in the use of libraries, frameworks and tools related to machine learning and agentic AI: Scikit-learn, Pytorch, Huggingface, CrewAI, Langchain/Langgraph, Langsmith etc.
* You have a solid understanding of system design and the ability to design and build scalable systems
* You are able to manage and optimize architecture and infrastructure as well as develop and integrate APIs and other interfaces
* You work effectively in interdisciplinary teams, especially with data scientists, ML experts and prompt engineers
* You speak fluent German and good English
