In this role, you will lead the preparation of Key Design Decisions and deployment activities, ensuring alignment with harmonization targets. You will drive operational-level business process changes, focusing on simplification and standardization while identifying areas for improvement. Collaborating with IT Solution Experts and Data Experts, you will create process designs and implement necessary changes while maintaining detailed process documentation.Your recommendations will incorporate business context, and you will anticipate broader organizational impacts while leveraging your problem-solving skills to improve complex work processes. You will monitor process performance, provide updates to senior management, and balance multiple projects to deliver high-quality results.Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with Supply Chain Planning IT Solution Experts and engage with supply chain teams to ensure continuity with current tools and processes. Join our team as a Business Process Expert (BPE) in the LS ERP Program and help transform our Supply Chain Planning strategyWho you are:Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience working in Supply Chain Planning processes or a related fieldExperience with state-of-the-art SAP ERP systems, ePP/DS, MRP, SC Planning master data and planning parameters, preferably within the Life Sciences industryProven track record in managing complex business processes and implementationsExperience in project management, incl. ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze highly complex business processes and issues with a proactive approachAbility to simplify complex information into clear, actionable insightsExpertise in change management and excellent communicator to work closely with various stakeholders and ensure alignmentDemonstrated ability to support the strategic design & development of ERP templates & processesHigh level of understanding of state-of-the-art Supply Chain systems landscape (network, strengths, weaknesses, constraints, information flows)What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
