Job Overview
The HR Business Partner is a strategic role within the Human Resources & Finance department, serving as the primary point of contact for department and team managers.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment Management: Oversee internal and external hiring processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
* Talent Development: Collaborate with department and team managers to monitor employee career growth and development opportunities.
* Integration and Exit Strategies: Conduct thorough interviews to guarantee seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
* Succession Planning: Identify and develop potential replacements through proactive identification and skill development initiatives.
* Conflict Resolution: Effectively mediate and resolve internal conflicts through clear communication and diplomacy.
* Training and Development: Work closely with training managers to pinpoint training needs and create customized development plans.
* HR Procedures and Regulations: Apply relevant policies and procedures to address specific issues and maintain compliance.
* Policy Design and Implementation: Participate in designing, implementing, and refining HR policies to drive business success.
Required Profile
* A university degree with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field is required.
* At least 5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or career management is necessary.
* Proficiency in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English is essential.
* Knowledge of the public sector and Luxembourg labor code is an asset.
* Familiarity with HR software and common office tools (MS Office) is required.
* Experience in digitizing and modernizing HR processes is an asset.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Discretion, professionalism, flexibility, and rigor are critical qualities for this role.
* Proactivity in providing solutions and ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.
This position offers a permanent contract as a public employee. If eligible, you will be asked to apply for civil servant status prior to contract conclusion.
