Then we will look forward to meeting you!Your responsibilitiesWe are looking for a very experienced Senior Manager/Program Manager to own and deliver some of the large/complex Trading programs.Trading IT is a global function that looks at delivering technology solution for our Trading business. These include Gas, Power, Coal, LNG, Renewables and locations in Germany, UK and NA.We are looking for good communicators that understand the Energy trading business and the systems that are used. A structured approach to project methodology, change management is important.You should have delivered large enterprise scale programs and projects and dealt with complex stakeholders and international teams.Own and steer large Trading programs (2m Eur plus)Manage complex Trading programs, create new strategies to deal with program complexitiesBusiness partner for the programsCreate program governance and change management processesCreate Program Strategic initiatives and/or being responsible for the deliveries of the TeamManage and coordinate the Interface to 3rd Party Suppliers (Software Vendors, Integration Partners and external Consultancies)Manage and coordinate the Interface to global teams and senior stakeholdersEffectively combining the Domain knowledge with the capability of steering the Team and the subsequent Project deliveryBudget responsibility for the programsEnd 2 End project deliveryYour profileMinimum of 4 yrs experience in Energy Trading ITMinimum 4 yrs ETRM experienceMinimum 5 yrs project management experienceA passion to combine Business and IT and driving change forwardSeveral years of professional experience in a similar function (i.e. Team Lead, Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, etc.), preferably in the energy sector.University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, a digital area or equivalent professional experience.Long term professional experience in the field of Project Management and proved track record of successfully delivering solutionsAbility to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative and actionable mannerAn integrative and pragmatic personality with the ability to effectively implement change and effective stakeholder manager.Strong service and customer orientation and excellent communication skills.Must have worked and steered offshore teamsMust have owned significant project deliverables in large programsStrong team player able to demonstrate experience of working in an international teamStrong analytical and structured way of thinking, high organizational skills and IT affinityAbility to work both independently and within a team in combination with the willingness to accept responsibilityExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in order to facilitate workshops, present to senior stakeholders and conflict resolutionExcellent spoken and written communication skills in English, proficiency in German or other languages is a plusA number of year experience with ETRM (Endur) a plusExperience short term trading IT a plus.
