From day one, you'll work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and build skills across a variety of teams. Commercial: Build practical experience bringing our products to market. Work in sales and marketing, grow relationships with retailers, learn territory management, and see how your work directly impacts our business results. To be eligible for the Future in Progress Graduate program, you should have: A bachelor's or master's degree in fields such as business, digital, economics, finance, human resources, legal, marketing, political science, or equivalent experience or qualification. A maximum of 3-years of post-graduation work experience. Proficiency in English and German. Legal right to work in Europe and in the country you're applying for (without sponsorship). Willingness to relocate abroad. Valid driver's license. Agility and adaptability in a dynamic market. Initiative and courage to experiment. The ability to understand and apply commercial insights.
