What does the role involve?
The role focuses on driving operational excellence across global functions by standardizing processes across Business Units, Logistics, Finance, and Manufacturing. It involves leading cross-functional strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, while strengthening governance through the development of global frameworks, policies, and KPIs. A key responsibility is overseeing data governance for critical operational datasets to ensure accuracy and control. Working closely with the Head of Operational Excellence, the role shapes project roadmaps, objectives, and milestones aligned with global IT, Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing. It also involves collaborating with senior leadership to ensure alignment, defining digital automation and ERP improvements, and monitoring project performance. Additionally, the role includes delivering training workshops to build internal capabilities and ensuring successful adoption through clear and consistent communication strategies.

What you need is:

•Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
•High affinity for IT infrastructure and systems.
•Experience with SAP (MM, WM, EWM modules), Ariba, SAP Business Network
•Experience in global process management and operational excellence
•Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement across different business functions and cultures.
