As an intern you will support the team in a variety of PR and communications activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting with media monitoring, drafting and editing communication materials, supporting the coordination of events, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth execution of projects. This role will be based in our Frankfurt office and requires in ‑ office presence. Other key responsibilities include: Monitoring and summarizing daily media coverage relevant to the firm and its industry Contributing to the preparation of press releases, briefing notes, and communication reports Maintaining and updating media contact lists, journalist databases, and PR documentation Conducting targeted research on industry trends, competitors, and potential media opportunities Assisting with the planning and logistics of events We’d love to hear from you if you: Display well developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm Thrive working in a team environment with a customer service focus Are able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion And have: Current enrollment at a German state university First-hand experience in Public Relations or office work in a related field Organisational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines Very good knowledge of German and English (written and spoken) Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
