The Clinical Application Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality demonstrations, training, and onboarding for both customers and new employees. This role will also support local and live events, contribute valuable customer insights to product marketing and - development, and ensure smooth project execution through structured communication and organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrations : Prepare, execute, and manage the return process for product demos.
* Customer Training & Onboarding : Deliver effective training sessions and onboarding experiences for new accounts and customers.
* Event Support : Participate in and support local events, live demonstrations, and clinical training sessions.
* Employee Training : Conduct onboarding and training for new employees (in the local language).
* Voice of Customer (VOC) : Collect and communicate customer feedback to product marketing to inform product development and improvements.
Qualifications
* Education :
* University degree in a relevant field such as Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related discipline / or relevant medical experience
* Advanced degrees or certifications in healthcare or clinical applications are a plus.
* Skills
* Strong public communication skills with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences.
* Solid project management abilities, including organizational and structured work habits.
* Strong understanding of medical devices, clinical workflows, and product applications.
* Fluency in the local language is required; English proficiency is an advantage
Preferred experience
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Application Specialist or in a similar clinical role
* Experience with device handling, reprocessing, and clinical training.
