Job Description
* During your internship, you will draft and edit internal articles, announcements and intranet posts, tailoring content for different communication channels to maximize reach.
* You will assist in planning and executing internal communication campaigns and collaborate on developing supporting materials.
* In addition, you will help in organizing of internal events such as town halls or virtual meetings, maintain and update content on the intranet and other internal platforms. You will collaborate on optimizing the structure and usability of digital communication tools.
* Furthermore, you will support surveys and feedback initiatives to increase employee involvement, assist in analyzing survey results and suggesting improvements.
* Last but not least, you will conduct research on current communication trends and best practices and support the team with administrative tasks, coordination, planning and documentation.
Qualifications
* Education: studies in the field Communication, Marketing, Media, Business Administration, Industry Design or comparable
* Experience and Knowledge: proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere is an advantage; ideally practical experience in marketing and/or design
* Personality and Working Practice: you are an open and proactive communicator, comfortable interacting at all levels of an organization, with an independent, structured and goal-oriented approach to work and the ability to quickly learn new areas of expertise
* Languages: fluent in English, German is a plus

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
