Operating in a dynamic international sea freight export environment, the company works closely with shipping lines, logistics partners, and global customers to deliver reliable export logistics solutions across multiple markets. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of export shipments and contribute directly to the smooth execution of day-to-day freight forwarding operations. Your Role As a Sea Freight Export Specialist (m/f/d), you will independently coordinate and manage sea freight export shipments, ensuring efficient operational execution from booking through documentation and invoicing. Working closely with customers, shipping lines, and international partners, you will play a key role in maintaining reliable shipment flows and high service standards. Key Responsibilities Independently coordinate and manage sea freight export shipments, including FCL, LCL, and intermodal transport, from booking with shipping lines through shipment execution. Handle order entry, shipment monitoring, and invoicing using the Transport Management System (TMS). Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing shipment updates, responding to inquiries, and resolving operational issues. Communicate with international partners, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution. Support the preparation and review of export documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L). What You Bring Experience in sea freight export operations within a freight forwarding environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments, high-volume data, and strict deadlines. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and freight forwarding systems or TMS platforms. Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to interact with customers, partners, and service providers. A structured, proactive working style with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
