Senior Vice President
of the team's
Services
BU, you will take end-to-end ownership of one of the team's core business units - the BU responsible for
EPC, Project Execution, and Operations & Maintenance) -
building and transforming a services organisation with a focus on large-scale hydrogen infrastructure.
You'll have a direct influence on strategy, structure, and performance, and exceptionally high visibility at board level, and be offered realistic pathway to a future CEO if this a trajectory that could interest you.
What’s on offer?
High Impact:
You will directly shape how hydrogen infrastructure is operated and serviced across multiple projects and geographies. This will include an overriding BU sales strategy, and P&L.
Lead a transformation:
Lead organisational restructuring, process optimisation, and cultural change in a highly dynamic market environment.

Work closely with the executive board and shape strategy during a period of major change and growth.
Real transition work:
Not consulting, but real, large scale infrastructure assets, real operations, real plant availability and safety under your leadership.

What will you be responsible for?
Building a
scalable, high-margin services business model
specific to hydrogen infrastructure Full
P&L responsibility
including budgets, forecasts, profitability and business cases Leadership of two profit centres: Operations & Maintenance:
plant operation, maintenance concepts, remote monitoring, predictive maintenance Engineering & Project Management:
basic & detailed engineering, permitting, owner’s engineering Establishing
high-performance teams
across O&M, engineering, and project management
Ideally, you’ll bring: Significant leadership experience in
service organisations, plant engineering, energy, or process industries Strong background in
engineering, O&M / Operations & Maintenance, and project management of industrial plants Languages: Fluent German and English
Bonus:
Experience in
change management
would be very beneficial.
