The Ethics & Compliance Specialist ensures the organization operates in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Let’s talk about Responsibilities:
10. Identifying and evaluating potential global risks of non-compliance and developing mitigation strategies
11. Responding to requests for compliance approval for events and activities across the EMEA region
12. Preparing detailed reports, presenting findings, and making recommendations for improvement to management
13. Regularly reviewing and updating internal compliance policies and procedures to align with changing regulations
14. Collaborating with global departments to ensure compliance processes are aligned and providing training to employees on compliance-related issues
15. Acting as a subject matter expert and communicating global and local compliance requirements
16. Assisting with investigations into compliance breaches
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Required:
24. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as law
25. 3-7 years experience
26. Experienced in working in a compliance role in the healthcare sector
27. A strong understanding of relevant regulations and proficiency with compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite are also important
28. Business fluent German and English skills
Preferred:
29. Certified in the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics (SCCE) or the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA)
30. Experience in Medical Devices
