The eBay C2C team is looking for a C2C Manager (f/m/d). You will be joining a highly energized team with a strong passion for eBay and the strive to raise consumer selling on eBay.de to the next level. Consumer selling is a business that is driven by the customer motivation of sustainability and is deeply rooted in eBays DNA and an essential part of the companys ecosystem. You will help shaping the strategy for consumer selling by maximizing consumer insights and crafting measures to solve customer problems. What you will accomplish:

The C2C Manager will lead and develop multiple, cross functional projects within the consumer selling team. The role includes

* E2E execution of projects within C2C, mainly associated with Go to Market activities, i.e. seller acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention. Supporting the GTM of multiple Product launches and improvements in cooperation with Product Marketing, CRM and Local Marketing.
* Strong collaboration with Global C2C BU and Global C2C Initiative to ensure the execution of the Global C2C Success Framework and the 3 Year Strategy for the DE business
* DE specific seller activation activities, for exle sweepstakes and other promotional activities
* DE specific seller engagement and growth, for exle rework of the C2C Seller Hub, in alignment with the Global Marketing organization, enabling and optimizing CRM and PMM concepts and tools
* Cross organizational collaboration with other teams (marketing, trading, customer service, product, analytics, and others) in conceptualizing, planning as well as implementing caigns and initiatives. Build and strengthen partnerships and relationships internally and externally to identify and implement scaling opportunities.

What you will bring:

1. Passion for consumer selling and buying
2. Native in German must have, fluency in English.
3. 4 years+ of proven ability as Project Manager/Program Manager and/or Consultant, ideally with Marketing experience. Strong project management skills
4. Expert in running complex and cross functional projects, getting results and deliver on achievements and deliverables
5. Excellent communication and presentation skil
