Corporate Governance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining the statutory records of companies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Maintenance of shareholder registers.
* Documentation of capital increases/decreases and subscriptions and redemptions of funds.
* Filing, listing and tracking of corporate documents.
* Preparation of Power of Attorneys and other reporting documents.
* Liaison with banks to manage investments/divestments smoothly.
* Coordination of bank account openings and changes in signatory rights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar position.
