Lead, grow, inspire.
We are looking for a proven sales leader to drive growth in Germany and the Netherlands. In this role you combine hands-on sales with strategic leadership: building strong teams, winning new business, and shaping the future of clean air solutions.
What you’ll be doing
•Define and execute regional sales strategies aligned with European goals
•Lead and coach a team of 10–15 to boost pipeline, closing rates, and customer satisfaction
•Expand our customer base and enter new markets (industrial, cleanroom, OEM)
•Partner with Marketing, Product Management, and Operations for seamless execution
•Manage sales performance and forecasts, addressing growth challenges head-on
What you bring
•At least 8 years B2B sales experience, ideally in filtration, HVAC, or technical industries
•Proven track record in leading international or multi-country sales teams
•Commercial drive, customer focus, and strategic mindset
•Fluent in German (written and spoken at a high level) and English
•Skilled in value-based selling, CRM (Salesforce), and ERP (SAP or similar)
•Collaborative communicator who builds trust and drives change
