Your mission You’re not just looking to lead projects – you want to shape the future of HR for some of the most prominent companies in the market. As a Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of complex SAP SuccessFactors programs that often span multiple countries. You manage transformation projects with foresight, lead international delivery teams to success, and act as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders across various leadership levels. Beyond delivering programs, you also help identify and drive new opportunities – actively supporting sales activities, proposal development, and the strategic evolution of client relationships.
