We are seeking an accomplished and seasoned Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to employees and management in all aspects of human resources.
About the Role:
The Human Resources Generalist will play a critical role in driving business results by developing and implementing effective HR strategies, programs, and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
* Provide HR expertise and support to leaders and employees on talent management, diversity and inclusion, engagement, leadership development, and employee relations.
* Streamline and optimize HR operations to ensure seamless support and implementation of HR strategies and systems.
* Advise managers on compensation, benefits, legal updates, and HR trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Contribute to corporate projects and process improvements, leveraging your expertise to drive positive change.
* Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent, meeting workforce needs in a timely manner.
* Partner with management and Talent Acquisition to develop and implement recruitment plans, resulting in a high-performing workforce.
* Prepare comprehensive HR reports and analytics to support business decisions, driving talent development and retention initiatives.
* Ensure fair application of HR policies and consistent employee treatment, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
Requirements:
* 10-12 years of well-rounded HR experience, preferably in multinational companies.
* Previous experience in an American industry organization environment.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration and adaptability.
* Proven track record of supporting and managing HR needs for a workforce of 300+ employees.
* Strong background in HR operations, business partnering, and handling employee relations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Solid experience leading or contributing to Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, promoting a culture of belonging and respect.
* Excellent data acumen, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
