Then apply now as: What you can expect You will support our global People Analytics team in data checks and data maintenance, related to SAP SuccessFactors You will get to know basic administrative processes in the department (focus on HR Analytics, and HR Digitization) You will take on different tasks in an agile development field and support in the day-to-day business You will support tasks like uploading the value target lists, creating of new cost centers, and creating (non) budgeted positions in our system You will create and send reports to global and local functions like finance, compliance, and culture & people Who we are looking for You are a registered student in th e field of business administration with a focus on human resources, business psychology, or humanities You enjoy working with databases and reports Your working method is characterized by diligence and accuracy You are conscientious and discreet You are confident in using MS Office 365 You have a fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
