:Lead Fit-to-Standard, process design, and configuration for EAM (PM) in S/4HANADesign preventive/predictive maintenance, strategies, task lists, measuring points, permits, and work clearanceImplement Linear Asset Management (routes, segments), outage & reliability processesIntegrate EAM with MM (spares), Procurement (services), FICO (settlement), GIS (Esri), Scheduling (MRS/Resource Mgt), SAP Asset Manager (mobile)Define KPIs (MTBF/MTTR, plan vs. actual, backlog, compliance), operational reporting via Fiori/Embedded AnalyticsAuthor WRICEF specs; oversee testing (SIT/UAT), cutover (orders, tech objects), and hypercareCoach business super users; ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and audit needsSkills required: Experience in SAP PM/EAM; 2+ S/4HANA EAM implementationsUtilities asset context (substations, lines, pipelines, plants) and permit-to-work processesHands-on with Fiori EAM apps, LAM, Refurbishment, Calibration, SettlementExposure to Predictive Asset Insights, Asset Central, IoT signals (nice-to-have)Besides professional qualifications great importance is provided to various forms of personality profile.
