Barbaricum is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced with the Palantir platform to join our dynamic team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be embedded with Palantir’s client user base, directly supporting implementation teams and strengthening critical partnerships through user enablement and technical support. You’ll work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and develop new use cases for the Palantir platform—all while helping to solve some of the world's hardest problems. This role requires the ability to operate independently in fast-paced, forward environments, provide hands-on support to a diverse user base, and drive adoption of transformative technology. Core Responsibilities: Provide desk-side training to analysts across multiple user groups. Conduct classroom-based instruction to operators and analysts on Palantir technologies. Staff the Help Desk to address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues in real time. Partner with Palantir engineering teams to escalate and resolve technical challenges. Document user workflows and provide structured feedback to engineering and implementation teams. Engage directly with leadership and end-users to understand operational needs and translate them into practical Palantir solutions. What We Value: Active DoD Secret clearance (interim clearance not accepted). Willingness to relocate permanently to Germany. Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations. Prior hands-on experience with Palantir Gotham is required; additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is highly desirable. Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, Java, and a strong understanding of hardware, networking, and server administration. Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly manner. Ability to travel 25%-50% of the time, domestically and internationally, as needed. Strong ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Military, Special Operations, or Law Enforcement background is a plus.
