What You’ll Do Own and execute data‑driven growth marketing programs for assigned industry segments, products, and customer base, especially in DACH and European volume markets. Build customer and market insights – personas, segmentation, differentiated messaging – and translate commercial objectives into measurable growth plans across awareness, demand, and pipeline. Design, optimize, and scale multi‑channel growth campaigns across paid and organic channels, web, trade media, and content marketing, with clear performance and ROI tracking. Work closely with sales, market development, and product management as a trusted growth partner, aligning marketing with business targets and funnel performance. Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new approaches, sharing best practices, and contributing to scalable tools, frameworks, and marketing technologies, while maintaining alignment with the global brand platform. What Makes You a Great Fit Relevant B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree and 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or marketing communications. Proven experience in data‑driven demand generation and funnel optimization, ideally in volume‑driven or European markets. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth insights. Fluent written and spoken English and German; additional languages considered a plus. Growth‑oriented mindset: curiosity, experimentation, and a focus on measurable impact across the customer acquisition funnel. Hands‑on experience with content marketing, digital campaigns, and AI‑enabled marketing tools. Collaboration and execution: structured project management skills and confidence to work closely with sales, product, and commercial stakeholders.
