Job Description
1. Strategical and operational responsibility for Human Resources in Germany
2. Being strategic HR partner to the German and European management team
3. Functional management of the HR team in the plants and providing support as a mentor
4. Support and advice for managers on talent strategies and management processes
5. Driving forward HR transformation, process, and organizational development
6. Creation, monitoring, and analysis of HR statistics and evaluations, including HR budget
7. Collaboration with the German works council on all relevant topics related to HR transformation, including system implementations
8. Negotiations with the German works council, including collective bargaining
9. Implementation of corporate initiatives in Germany, particularly in the areas of EHS, ethics, communication, and employee engagement
10. Leading projects and guiding the teams on all relevant strategic HR topics
11. Supporting and driving change management measures
Qualifications
12. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field
13. Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager or similar leadership role preferably in
a manufacturing and international environment
14. Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
15. Experience working with works councils
16. Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
18. Strong leadership and decision- making abilities, hands-on mentality
