Headquartered in Germany and backed by long-term institutional investors, the company is actively developing a multi-GW portfolio with a primary focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), while also maintaining significant activities in solar PV and onshore wind. This is a rare opportunity to shape the development strategy of one of the region’s most dynamic clean energy players.The Role :Define and execute the company’s development strategy across Central and Eastern Europe, aligning with long-term investment goals and growth plans.Lead high-level negotiations with institutional investors, landowners, regulators, and strategic partners to accelerate development and secure high-value assets.Oversee the full project lifecycle - from opportunity origination through permitting, financing, and construction readiness to operational handover.Build, lead, and mentor senior country-level development teams, fostering a high-performance, delivery-driven culture.Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and COO to ensure seamless alignment between development, technology, operations, and finance.The Person :10+ years of senior-level experience in renewable energy project development, with a proven track record in BESS, solar PV, and / or onshore wind.Strong leadership in managing multi-country portfolios and engaging directly with institutional investors, government agencies, and grid operators.Commercially astute, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory and political landscapes across multiple jurisdictions.Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and C-level communication skills.Fluent in both German & English; other regional languages are an asset.If you're ready to shape the future of clean energy in Central and Eastern Europe from a strategic leadership position in Germany, we’d love to hear from you - apply now to join this ambitious journey. #J-18808-Ljbffr
