Responsibilities
1. Acquisition of Strategic IP Projects with our EPCs / First Fit OEMs and End User customers, in the business segment of Hydrogen & Alternative Fuels, in order to establish EagleBurgmann in these new markets
2. Identify market trends and decision makers and define EB sales approach
3. Present EagleBurgmann at Licensors / Technology Providers, understand their processes/technologies and develop sealing solutions for these new markets
4. Influence projects in the early Sales Funnel stage and get EB specified
5. Key project sales role in the global EagleBurgmann Organization, drive and deliver all project related activities, together with our local project team
6. Develop and execute sales and technical presentations at customers
7. Identify, and attend strategically aligned industry conferences/exhibitions/meetings
Qualifications
8. Engineering degree, preferably mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent experience/qualification
9. Some experience/knowledge in project negotiation and coordination as well as working with Engineering Contractors and Licensors
10. Experience in rotating equipment, mechanical seals or capital project experience, in the New Energy industry (e.g. Hydrogen, Bio- / Alternative Fuels, Circular Economy etc.)
11. Proven track record in conducting international business and dealing with foreign cultures and business behaviors, confident attitude (internal and external)
12. Good social skills and the ability to collaborate are considered a prerequisite
13. High self-motivation and strong networking skills
14. Keen willingness to learn and develop new approaches
15. Willingness to travel internationally
