We are seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to oversee the delivery of Segregation of Duties and Business Role definition concepts into production. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM, with a focus on SoD and RBAC solutions.
About the Role
This position will be responsible for ensuring that new capabilities enrich the IAM offering, deploying the latest identity governance and operation services in compliance with DORA regulatory frameworks.
The successful candidate will work closely with operational service providers, coordinate with other IT teams, and communicate with clients about onboarding these new capabilities.
This role will also have a focus on IAM Governance processes (~20%), entailing functional support to activities within the Information Security team.
* Design, implement, and manage operational IAM solutions with a focus on Segregation of Duties and Business Roles (RBAC)
* Collaborate with business units to define and implement role-based access controls
* Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with SoD and RBAC policies
* Ensure process, standards and procedural definition testing is performed before handover to the IAM Operations team. Including full documentation in Confluence
* Manage and maintain process and workloads via ITSM and IAM systems (ServiceNow/Dell OneIdentity)
* Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues and incidents related to SoD and RBAC
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration, or a minimum of 5 years of equivalent professional experience
* Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in IAM with a focus on SoD and RBAC solutions
* Detailed knowledge of IAM tools and technologies Preferred experience with One Identity Manager and CyberArk
* Experience with Microsoft PowerBI
* Experience in managing user lifecycle (identities, request & approval, provisioning, recertification, business roles)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and collaboration skills (Fluency in English both verbal and written; German is an advantage)
