Senior partner & product marketing manager

Certifaction is a fast-growing privacy tech company with strong traction in the European eSigning market. Our technology is built with a privacy-first approach and is trusted by large enterprises and regulated environments.

We work through a partner-led go-to-market model. Strategic partners play a central role in how our solutions are positioned, brought to market, and scaled. This includes partners such as Deutsche Telekom Security, HIN, Switch, and others.


We are now looking for a Senior Partner & Product Marketing Manager to strengthen how Certifaction and its partners communicate, position, and bring our technology to market.


This role is about more than producing marketing assets. It is about helping strategic partners succeed with a differentiated, privacy-first European offering and contributing to greater digital sovereignty in Europe. You will work closely with our Partner Managers, the Product team, and the CEO, while engaging directly with marketing and commercial counterparts across Certifaction’s partner ecosystem.


This role is ideal for someone who combines strong messaging skills with hands-on execution and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment with high autonomy.


Key Responsibilities


1) Partner Marketing

* Drive partner marketing initiatives across Certifaction’s strategic partner ecosystem
* Build strong relationships with marketing and commercial stakeholders at key partners
* Create partner-ready messaging, collateral, and co-marketing materials that help partners position and activate successfully
* Share lead-generation best practices across partners and act as a sparring partner on campaign activation


2) Product Marketing & Messaging

* Own product positioning, messaging, and narrative for Certifaction’s signing solutions
* Translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling customer value
* Create and maintain key sales and product materials such as one-pagers, presentations, solution briefs, and feature pages


3) Sales Collateral, Case Studies & Commercial Content

* Develop strong partner-facing and customer-facing sales materials
* Create and improve case studies, customer stories, newsletters, and other commercial content
* Ensure content is practical, credible, and directly useful for partner and sales conversations


4) Website, Content, SEO & AI-Enabled Execution

* Own the messaging and content direction of Certifaction’s website
* Improve website clarity, consistency, and commercial usefulness with external support
* Drive a focused content and SEO approach tied to business priorities
* Use AI and external resources effectively to increase speed, quality, and output


Requirements

* Native German and fluent English
* Strong experience in partner marketing, product marketing, content marketing, or a related B2B software marketing role
* Excellent writing, messaging, and storytelling skills
* Ability to turn complex products and technical topics into clear and compelling market-facing content
* Hands-on, self-starting, and comfortable working independently across multiple topics
* Curious and willing to learn technical subjects quickly
* Confident using AI tools and external resources to work efficiently
* Based in Germany and comfortable with occasional travel


Nice to Have

* Experience in enterprise software, cybersecurity, trust services, digital identity, telecom, or other regulated industries (healthcare, public & financial services)
* Experience working with partner ecosystems, indirect go-to-market models, or white-label setups
* Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, and modern marketing tooling
* Exposure to ABM, partner campaigns, or public sector-oriented marketing


What Success Looks Like (First 6-12 Months)

* Certifaction has a strong and clear partner-facing narrative
* Sales kits, case studies, and core collateral are actively used in partner-facing conversations
* The website is further strengthened in clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s positioning and partner-led strategy
* Partner marketing workstreams run smoothly and with consistency across the ecosystem
* Content and digital activity contribute to strong visibility, fast partner activation, and more effective go-to-market execution
