Job DescriptionBased in our Munich headquarters, the Controlling team develops and supports the management process of goal definition, planning and control. With expert process knowledge, data analysis and intelligent reporting, the Controlling team ensures economically well-grounded and transparent decisions. As partner of our divisions, we provide business recommendations on our own initiative and contradict if our economic or functional standards are not met. To support us in our mission, we are seeking an active and energetic individual to join our team as a Controller. You will be responsible for tasks and projects driven by general management as well as individual departments in our organization.Support the corporate strategy, implementing efficient planning, monitoring, reporting, and steering processes.Act as a Finance Business Partner for other Brainlab entities and/or departments within your area of responsibility.Analyze, interpret and present financial analyzes to support business decisions.Consistently challenge the status-quo and improve existing controlling processes.Work with enterprise resource planning, business intelligence, spreadsheet software, financial planning tools, and reporting/dashboarding systems.Document, implement and monitor QM-relevant controlling procedures and instructions.QualificationsEducation in business administration, controlling or financeMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in controlling, finance or internal auditProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines and on several tasks simultaneouslyExcellent analytical skills and problem-solving skillsThorough knowledge of data analytics and ability to analyze large data sets efficientlyEnjoying working independently while being a team playerExcellent verbal and written communications skillsBusiness fluency in German and EnglishAdditional InformationA mutually-supportive, international teamMeaningful work with a lasting impact on medical technologyFlexible working hours as well as homeofficeRegular after work, team, and company eventsComprehensive training and continuing education opportunitiesReady to apply?
